Jewellery Care Instructions

Our pieces are crafted by hand and destined to live a long life if they are carefully worn and taken care of. We recommend following the below advice to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.

  • When storing your jewellery, it is best to keep pieces separate in a soft cloth bag or original packaging away from other jewellery to avoid the risk of scratching.
  • Remove your jewellery before physical activity and sleeping to avoid accidental damage.
  • Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering and swimming, as soaps, shampoos, chlorine and saltwater may be harmful to your jewellery.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics and hairspray, as well as any other chemical or acid-based products.
  • All designs are made from solid metal; however, they will scratch, mark and potentially break under significant pressure.
  • Designs which include gemstones need to be inspected by a jeweller every 6 months to check the setting and avoid any potential loss of gemstones. The settings can be delicate and move when knocked or caught on something.

Cleaning

In order to maintain the shine of your jewellery, use a soft polishing cloth to wipe away any grease or marks.

It is not recommended to use any harsh jewellery cleaning solutions or polishes.

A natural patina will occur on your jewellery over time, this is part of the ageing process and adds character to your piece. If you would like your piece professionally cleaned or restored, please contact us.
